I will be posting my sessions from now on.  Below I did some squats, bench press, and rows. I also went to my gym and did some leg curls, pull downs, curls, tricep pushdowns and lateral raises.  I will not post exactly what i do for those.
I recently hit 2 personal records. 215 lbs squat for 5 reps and 285 lbs deadlift for 5 reps. Every Friday will be my personal record day.  Had I not been injured I would have been hitting bigger #’s. Its okay though. Time to take it more serious.  This is my variation of the Texas Method.
