Push Ups

Chin Up

Dumbbell Press
45lb x 12 rest pause
35lb x 10

all in a row
20lb x 5
25lb x 5
30lb x 5

Pull Ups
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8

Push Ups
25,20

Jump Rope
12-14 minutes

Stretching for about 5 minutes

262 total pull ups this week.
130 dips this week

Bodyweight 189 I will weigh myself in the morning in about 1 month. I just dont have a scale in my house.
