This was a horrible Deadlift session

I wasn’t feeling it today so I quit while I was ahead.

Good Mornings: These are no joke.

This was best part of my weight training workout. SO in order to change up my workout For the next 6 weeks, my DL will be replace with RDLs and Good Mornings.

Wide Pulls: 60 total reps
3 sets of 6
4 sets of 3
4,3,2,1 x 3

Dips: 76 total reps
3 sets of 12
5 sets of 8

Inverted Rows: 60 total reps
5 sets of 12

Jump Rope: 16-18 minutes
