Getting Ready for the Gym

Woke Up a tad bit sore from yesterday. My hamstrings are definitely sore from the good mornings I did. My breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 3 boiled eggs, and 1 mug of hot cocoa. It’s getting chilly and that my way of warming up before I head out.

I need to add greens to my current nutrition. I am definitely slackin with my mackin, when it come to that.

I am off to the gym for pull ups, dumbbell presses and jump roping.
