Warm Up

Squat:
160×8
190×5
230×2 ( trying to get to 3 reps)

Stiff Leg DL:
135×12
185×12

Conventional DL:
185×12  rest pause sets to work on set up

Good Mornings:
75×12
95×12

I need to eat better breakfast before working out. I will probably go with oatmeal, sweet potatoes or plaintains, and boiled eggs.

Tomorrow will be more pull ups and DB Presses.
