Its freezing outside today. Feels like the teens. Still going to the gym.

Here is the plan:

Chin Ups
DB Presses
Wide Inverted Rows
Push Ups
Lateral Raises
Open/Close of hand
Wrist Curl/Extension with Dumbbell
Hanging Deadlift with Dumbbell
Incline Dumbbell Curl

i might jump rope.

Lets GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
