Breakfast:
Cabbage
Spinach
Mixed Greens
Sweet Potatoes
4 boiled eggs
1 cup of green tea
4 cups of water

My plan for the rest of day is as follows:

After I workout:
Yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp jelly
Stir Fried tofu with some onions

When I get home from work:
Some ground turkey meat with some greens.

BW is currently 185.5 lbs. Down from 197 lbs. I will be continuing until i get to 180. That is all.
