Squat:

135 x 15 reps
170 x 5 x 3, 30-60 second rest in between.

Press:
45 x 12
65 x 12
80 x 8, 3, 1

Deadlift:
135 x 5
225 x 5
280 x 1 x 5,  1 minute rest in between.  Probably could have done 5 reps straight. but i didnt feel like it.

Group 1 – No Rest.

Hang Deadlift:
2 timed sets of 15 seconds @ 135 lbs

Wrist Curl/Flexion:
2 timed sets of 1.5 min @ 10 lbs

Open Close of Hand:
2 timed sets of 1.5 min

Group 2 – No Rest

Barbell Curl: This felt great. I dont know about strength gains, but my arms felt dah PAHHHMP!!!

Lateral Raise
1 set of 15 @ 10 lbs
1 set of 25 @ 5 lbs

DB Curls
1 set of 15 @ 25 lbs
1 set of 25 @ 10 lbs

No Jump rope today. I will probably play some bball later though.
