Today was HORRIBLE. I did not get enough sleep or eat enough. So I did my best here.

Chin Ups:
3 set of 7

Dips:
3 sets of 10

Wide Inverted Rows:
3 sets of 10

Assisted Pull Up with Band:
2 sets of 10

Push Ups:
1 set of 26
1 set of 20

Close Grip Inverted row:
2 sets of 10

Did not cardio at all. Just stretched.
