Today is the first day in my return to squats and learning to clean and press.

Squat:
135 x 5
160 x 5
185 x 5 x 3

Clean and Press: This is more practice for the clean portion than the press. My feet kept flaring out during the clean portion. The pressing portion felt better. Going into the front squat position is not difficult. Its getting form the start position to the front squat position in terms of foot position. I give this a D- in terms of form. But i felt it went fair well. Lots of stuff to work on.

  1. Such an incredible lift…those dudes used to throw heavy, heavy weight overhead strict with crazy form.
