Assisted Pull Up: 2 x 12
Pull Up: 6 Reps

Dips: 3 sets of 10

I was not feeling all that well. PLUS the gym was FREEZING.

Got in a good stretch. Tomorrow will go on as planned.

Front Squat:
75 x 5
95 x 5
120 x 5 x 3

Behind the Neck Press with Clean Grip: I will be super conservative with this since I have never really attempted behind the neck presses.
45 x 5 x 2
75 x 5 x 3
