WoOoOoOoO!!!!

Well with my new schedule, I will be able to workout more consistently, without rushing or worrying about being up early. So I am cutting this cycle short and getting started before anything changes in my schedule.

Here is the plan for the next 6 weeks. The reps will be 1 work set of 8, rest should be no more than 90 seconds.

Workout A

Barbell Curl with Fat Gripz 3 x 8
Front Squat 3 x 8
Press 3 x 8
Deadlift 3 x 8
Rows 3 x 8
Calf Raises 3 x Max

Workout B

Barbell Curl with Fat Gripz 3 x 8
High Bar Squat 3 x 8
Bench 3 x 8
Power Clean
Rows 3 x 8
Calf Raises 3 x Max

Off days (C)
Wide Grip Pull Up
Dips
Jump rope for 10-20 minutes

Schedule will look like this
A C B C B followed by 2 days of complete rest except for stretching and foam rolling
B C A C A same as above
