Planning Ahead

Already planning ahead and getting my next 6 week cycle. I may or may not do this depending on what happens during my current cycle.

The plan: Work on sets of 15 reps with minimal rest. I never really worked for a long period of time with reps higher than 8. So this is going to be a change.

Workouts will include:

Barbell Curls
Sit Ups*
Pull Ups*
Power Cleans*
High Bar Squats
Front Squats
Calf Raises

*Will not follow 15 rep scheme. This will be sets of 3-5.

Who knows… i might just trash this whole idea.
