Power Building – Off Day

I accompanied my fiance to the dentist today because she had to get her wisdom teeth removed. YIKES! So I was not able to do my dips and pull ups as planned. So instead I will do Push Ups and Chin Ups. I think I have my chin up bar somewhere here. If I can’t find it I will just do…. a lot more push ups. Never the less…. Here is the plan.

Pre Workout Warm Up

Push Ups:
3 sets of Max
24, 16, 20

Chin Ups: pull up sucks ass. no wonder i stopped using it. no grip at all. too smooth of a surface.
3 sets of Max
6,6,6

Stretch
