70 x 8
80 x 7

Front Squat:
45 x 8
85 x 8
105 x 8
125 x 8

Press:
65 x 8
80 x 8
92.5 8

Deadlift: Going back to sets of 5. Multiple sets of 8 just have me breaking down my form after rep 6.
155 x 5
205 x 5
250 x 5

Rows:
110 x 8
130 x 8
145 x 8

Crunches: 3 sets of 70-80 reps.

Calf Raises just for a burn.
