Next cycle will be sets of 5 for a period of 6 weeks. I will be eating a little bit more during this time. Clean but just more. Example: 1 Cup of Oatmeal and 6 eggs, instead of the normal 1/2 cup and 3 eggs. I will also make more of an effort to eat more lentils and quinoa.

High Bar Squat:
2-3 WU sets of 5, 3 work sets of 5 across

Press:
2-3 WU sets of 5, 3 work sets of 5 across

Deadlift:
2-3 WU Sets of 5, sets of 5

Bench Press:
2-3 WU sets of 5, 3 sets of 5 across

Power Clean:
2-3 WU sets of 3, 5 sets of 3 across

Row:
2-3 WU sets of 5, 3 work sets of 5 across

Barbell Curl: 2-3 WU sets of 5, 3 work sets of 5 across

Workout A

Workout B
Front Squats
Press
Power Clean

In between days: Dips and Pull ups and jump. If I do not have time, I will only do barbell training twice a week. Depending on my work schedule.
