I will only be barbell training 2 times a week. Depending on how I feel will determine the weights.

High Bar Squat:

97.5 x 8
117.5 x 8
137.5 x 8
152.5 x 8

Press:
45 x 8
62.5 x 8
77.5 x 8
95 x 8

Deadlift:
170 x 5
220 x 5
260 x 5
270 x 1 x 5 – 1 minute rest between singles.

Stretching and Foam Rolling
