Basketball:35 minutes of intense play. MAD sweat

Done as a Circuit
Dips: 6 sets of 5
Wide Pull ups: 6 sets of 3

Knee Ups: 4 sets of 1.5 minutes.

Neutral Grip Chin Ups: 4 sets of 4
Decline Push Up: 2 sets of 10, 2 sets of 8

Done as a circuit
Jump Rope: 4 sets of 2 minutes
Neutral Grip Chin Up: 4 sets of 2
Chin Up: 4 sets of 2

Summary:

Dips: 30
Push Ups: 28
Neutral Grip Chin Ups: 24
Wide Pull Up: 18
Chin Up: 8

Jump Rope for 8 Minutes

These are going to the type of workouts.

I will be at 173 lbs by March. Only 5 lbs. Lets GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
