Breakfast:
4 Eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 orange
4 slices of bacon
Cup of Irish Breakfast tea
100 mg of B complex

Workout:

1 Minute Rest Between Rounds
Dips: 8 sets of 8
Wide Pull Ups: 8 sets of 4
Leg Raises: 8 sets of 15

1.5 Mile Run. Go for 13 Minutes.

1 minute Rest Between Rounds
Neutral Grip Chin Up 8 sets of 4
Chin Up 8 sets of 2
Sit Up 8 sets of 15

Jump Rope: 6 rounds of 3 minutes. 30 seconds of rest.
