Warm Up: 10 minutes or so. Maybe Less. Foam Rolling

Squat: This is starting to get more and more comfortable every workout. Next squat day will be
85 x 8
117.5 x 8
137.5 x 8
155 x 8
115 x 1 x 3 : This were paused at the bottom. Just to get a feel for being down with me knees where they need to be on Sunday

Press:
65 x 8
82.5 x 8
95 x 8
110 x 1 just a heavy single or 2.

Deadlift:
170 x 5
220 x 5
260 x 5
270 x 1 x 5 Was not able to do this because of an interruption.

Stretch

Looking forward to tomorrow. Pull ups, dips, running, jump rope and circuits.
