15,12,9,6,3; 45 reps

Wide Pull Ups:
3,2,1 x 5; 30 reps

Ran 1.5 mi in 14 minutes

Neutral Grip Chin Up:
4,3,2,1 x 3; 30 reps

Sit ups:
5 sets of 20.

Stretching

This workout was a little shorter than the previous workout. Its okay.
