High Bar Squat: Get it some good reps. concentrate on keeping the chest up and back extension and tight.
75 x 8 x 2
100 x 8 x 5

Press: Practice. Do it correctly. That is all. This is just practice reps. Technique work I guess I would call it. It goes without saying that you need to pull everything fast. 🙂 giggity

45 x 3 x 10

Deadlift:
135 x 5 WU Pull Fast; Overhand Grip
185 x 5 WU Pull Fast; Overhand Grip
235 x 5 Pull fast; Over Hand Grip
270 x hit for a couple of doubles. It all depends on how I feel what I will do for my heavy set. might do double singles or a heavy set of 5.
