Dips: 10 sets of 10
Wide Pull Ups: 5 sets of 5
Neutral Grip Chin Up: 5 sets of 5
Assistance Machine Pull Ups: 5 sets of 10

Tomorrow I will do some form of row and pull up variation. I will also see if it is not so busy at the gym, and I will do a 1.5 mile run.

2 Hours of basketball.

Body Weight update. I weight 173 lbs. O YEAH!!!!!!!!!! just 3 more lbs.
