This is highly annoying. Never the less I will work around it.

Day 2: Calisthenics (Monday)

Day 3: Conditioning (Tuesday)

Day 4: Rest (Wednesday)

Day 5: Barbell Training (Thursday)

Day 6: Calisthenics + Conditioning (Friday)

Day 7: Rest (Saturday)

Day 1; for barbell training days, I will rotate Strength, rep work and speed work. As so…

Press (Reps)
Deadlift (Speed work)

Day 2
Wide Pull Ups
Dips
Neutral Grip
Assistance Pull Ups

Day 3
1.5 mi run
20 minutes light jump rope.

Day 5
High Bar Squat (Reps)
Press (Speed work)
Deadlift (Strength)

Day 6
Wide Pull Ups
Dips
Neutral Grip
Assistance Pull Ups

1.5 mi run, light jump rope.

Day 7
Reset
