If I workout tomorrow this is the plan.

Wide Grip Pull Up: 5 sets of 6 or more reps; 30-35 reps
Dips: 5 sets of 12 or more; 60-70 reps
Neutral Grip Pull Up: 5 sets of 6 or more reps. 30-35 reps
Assisted Pull Up: 4-5 sets of 8-10; 32-50 reps

Possible Jump Rope or other form of cardio.

That is about it.
