Deadlift:
135 x 5
185 x 5
235 x 5
255 x 6; had to reset after rep 4 because hands got sweaty. i dont use chalk. i thought this was 265. silly me. still a PR.
275 x 1 Did some heavy singles because I felt good.
300 x F; failed couldn’t even get it off the floor. meh. maybe later on this year. I was able to hit this for 5 reps with a belt at 200 lbs. But Now i realize that those extra 27 lbs did come in handy. 🙂
