Wide Pull ups: 5 sets of 8; 40 reps
Dips: 5 sets of 15; 75 reps
Neutral grip chin up: 5 sets of 5; 25 reps
Assisted pull up: 5 sets of 10; 50 reps

5-8 minutes of jump rope

Stretch
