Hello All,

Taking an extra 3 days of rest. The past few days my stomach has been feeling funny and today was the first day I ate normally. Which is why I probably was not able to get in my full workout today. Sunday or Monday I will start again.

 

High Bar Squat: Sets of 5
Bench Press: Sets of 3
Deadlift: Sets of 5

I dont know… or something else. I am too tired to think right now.
