High Bar Paused Squat:
90 x 3 x 3
120 x 3 x 3
150 x 3 x 3

Press:
45 x 5
75 x 5
85 x 5
100 x 1
107.5 x 1
115 x 1

Speed/Technique Deadlift:
115 x 3 x 4: with red short bands
135 x 2 x 4: With green short bands

THis workout was alright. High bar squat still needs some work. I have a slight butt wink. But so far it has not affect my lower back at all.
