High Bar Squat: Depends on how I feel. I am still feeling a little sick. So if anything I will do technique work.
95 x 8
115 x 8 x 5

Press:
45 x 5 x 2
75 x 5 x 2
95 x 5 x 5

Deadlift:
135 x 3 x 8
