90 x 5
102.5 x 4 x 3

Barbell Bench:
120 x 8 x 5

Dips:
5 sets of 12

Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise:
6.5 x 15 x 5

Dumbbell Flys:
10 x 15 x 5

I forgot to post this from a while ago.
