Today was a horrible workout day for various reasons. I was rush, interrupted and the equipment sucked ass.

Overhead Press:
65 x 5
80 x 5
95 x 3 x 3
110 x 3 x 2
110 x 1 x 3

Bench Press:
45 x 10
95 x 5 x 2
125 x 8,6,6,7,6

Dips:
5 sets of 10-12

Incline Flys:
15 x 12 x 3
10 x 15 x 2

I didn’t even stretch. fuckin terrible. This session gets a D.
