Hello All and a Happy Mothers day!

Highbar Squat: Knee felt good. My hip was actually bothering me. But nothing major. Next week I might work in the 10 rep range to focus more on technique.
100 x 6
140 x 6
180 x 6 x 4
95 x 4,4,4 (just to focus on technique)

Good Mornings: Felt great.
50 x 6
75 x 6
100 x 6 x 4 (this felt good)

Dimel Deadlift: I prefer this instead of high rep conventional deadlifts.
135 x 8-12 x 5

Had to cut this short since it is Mothers day. Happy Mothers day to all!
