I was at work so I did the best I could with what I had.
Dips:
6 sets of 11
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press:
40 x 6 x 2
55 x 6 x 4
30 x 10
Seated Dumbbell Press:
35 x 8 x 4
Pull Ups: 56 reps
I would have liked to work on more shoulder stuff but i did not have the time.
