Before and After - 62 Pound

Hello all,

Almost 2 years of work. Cleaned up the nutrition and focused more on training. I still have plenty of work to do.

    • thank you! i definitely need to clean up my nutrition even more. During the summer i go out a lot but i do not want to fall into a junk food binge. I might lose weight during the summer since I will be doing more cardio respiratory exercise like basketball and sprinting. Right now I am floating around 163-165. I want to get down to 155 and then start focusing on powerlifting for next year.

        I love cardio,when I go to the gym before my training I do cardio about 40 minutes.This is very beneficial for the muscles.I am not go out often and I prefer to cook at home,so all my ingredients I choose by myself.Thank you very much,your blog is a great motivation for me.
