Deadlift: 15/12 goal reps
135 x 8
185 x 4
235 x 6,4,5

DB Row: 30/35 goal reps
45 x 12,10,8

Band Row:
Orange/Blue x 10,8,5

Bicep Curl Fat Gripz: 35/2
15 x 21,17

Forearm Roller:
Just for a burn
