High Bar Squat: 24/3 rep goal
95 x 6
125 x 4
155 x 2,2
185 x 6,4,4: 14/24 rep goal I won’t attempt until next Monday. I want to get 7 reps on first set and 5 on sets 2 and 3 Next Monday.

Conventional DL: 12/3 goal rep
185 x 5,3
225 x 2,1
265 x 6,4,4: 14/12 rep goal

Bench Press: 30/3 rep goal
75 x 8
95 x 5
115 x 3,2
135 x 7,5,5: 17/30 rep goal. I was tired from the Squats and DLs.

DB Row:
30 x 17
45 x 11,10

Band Row:
Orange x 10,10

Concentration Curl:
30 x 7,7,7

Partial Curls:
10 x 20,24,

Forearm Work: Just for a small pump.
