Light Strength Training with Cardio

Hello All,

Only got about 5 hours of sleep. But i ate a good breakfast/brunch. Did this workout throughout the day. Complete upper body workout.

DB Press: Stay
25 x 10
35 x 10,9,8

Lat Pulldown: Increase to 126
99 x 10
121 x 10,10,11

Seated Lateral Raise: Increase to 12
10 x 18,16,16

Incline Curls: increase to 25
20 x 14,16,15

Face Pulls: Increase to 27
22 x 22,20,16

Reverse Curl: increase to 35-40
30 x 17,18,18

Shrugs: stay or lower for more reps
45 x 20,18,14

Partial Curls:
15 x 22,18,23

Standing DB Wrist Curls:
3 sets for a small burn.

I left my forearm roller at home. I might do those when i get home. I might also do a 1.5 mile run once I get out of work.
